I got here by way of a degree in Travel Industry Management, then over a decade in luxury hotel operations on O’ahu. That job taught me exactly what earns a real upgrade and how a VIP request actually gets handled behind the scenes. Do I need a full itinerary to work with you?

No. A lot of clients come to me with just a hotel in mind. Tell me where you want to stay and I’ll get you the upgrade, credit, or amenities that come from my Fora and Virtuoso partnerships. If you want a full itinerary built out too, I do that as well.

No advisor fee on hotel bookings through preferred partner programs.  Planning fee applies for full itineraries, based on trip length, travelers, and how much of the trip will be subsidized with points and miles.

Typically room upgrades (based on availability), daily breakfast, resort or spa credit, early check-in/late check-out, and welcome amenities, often at no extra cost over booking direct.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Hyatt Privé, Marriott STARS/Luminous, Mandarin Oriental Fan Club, Bellini Club, Diamond Club, Shangri-La Luxury Circle, Kempinski Club 1897, Accor Preferred, Peninsula PenClub, and Virtuoso, among others.

Both. Hotel-perk bookings just need the property name and dates. Full itineraries (multi-city trips, custom experiences, etc.) take more planning time but I handle all of it.

Yes. I consult on using points and miles to book premium airfare, and have helped many clients get flights well beyond what they’d book on their own. 

For cash fares, a $50 ticketing fee per passenger applies.

I’m based in Hawai’i, Polynesian-owned, and I book hotels and trips worldwide, not just in Hawai’i.
